Registering will provide 1 entry into the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person. Deadline: To qualify for the drawing, you must enter by 11:59 PM (EST) on July 21, 2005. 2)Eligibility: Must be 21 years of age and older; Must be a legal resident of the continental U.S. or Canada; Employees (and their immediate families) of Allegiant Air, Treasure Island Hotel and Cirque Du Soleil, their subsidiaries, vendors, media partners and advertising agencies are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Cancellation: Allegiant Air reserves the right to cancel, alter or suspend this Sweepstakes 3)Drawing: Winner will be determined in a random drawing conducted on or about July 21, 2005 by Allegiant Air (the company) from among all eligible entries. Decisions of the company are final. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize ONE (1): - Two (2) rountrip tickets to Las Vegas from any city Allegiant Air flys nonstop to service to Las Vegas from; - Three (3) nights accommodations at the Treasure Island Hotel in Las Vegas. Hotel stay valid Sunday through Thursday only. - Two (2) VIP show tickets to see Mystère by Cirque Du Soleil, plus a special Mystère gift bag. Show is Dark Monday & Tuesday. 4)Prize Redemption: Winner will be notified via e-mail, mail or phone. Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 14 days of date printed on notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and sponsor may award prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Airfare and hotel accommodations are based on availability and may be subject to certain blackout dates such as holidays, conventions and special events. Prize is non-transferable. Insurance, taxes, all expenses and incidentals not mentioned above and required travel documents are the responsibility of the winner and winner's travel guest.
