Registering will provide 1 entry into the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person. Deadline: To qualify for the drawing, you must enter by 11:59 PM (EST) on June 1, 2005. Drawing: Winner will be determined in a random drawing conducted on or about June 7, 2005 by Allegiant Air (the company) from among all eligible entries. Decisions of the company are final. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prize: ONE (1) grand prize: Roundtrip airfare for two (2) to Las Vegas from anywhere Allegiant flies nonstop to Las Vegas and Three (3) nights in an upgraded suite at the world-famous Wynn Resort; Prize redemption: Winner will be notified by e-mail, mail or phone and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 14 days of date printed on notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and sponsor may award prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Airfare and hotel accommodations are based on availability and may be subject to certain blackout dates such as holidays, conventions and special events. Prize is non-transferable.
